On August 12, in order to implement the consensus reached at the China-US high-level economic and trade talks, starting from August 12, 2025, the relevant measures announced on April 4 (Working Mechanism of Unreliable Entities List [2025] No. 7) will continue to be suspended for 90 days, and the relevant measures announced on April 9 (Working Mechanism of Unreliable Entities List [2025] No. 8) will be stopped. According to the relevant provisions of the "Regulations on the List of Unreliable Entities", domestic enterprises can apply for transactions with the above entities. The working mechanism of the Unreliable Entities List will be reviewed in accordance with the law, and the applications that meet the conditions will be approved.
