比特币交易所交易基金发行商WisdomTree宣布向合格机构买家发行2030年到期可转换优先票据，拟募集总额达4亿美元资金，WisdomTree还将授予票据的初始购买者额外购买最多6000万美元本金的期权，其中部分资金拟用于收购Ceres Partners和一般公司用途。
