Safety Shot (SHOT), a Nasdaq-listed company, has acquired the 10% revenue rights Bonk.fun Solana Meme token issuance platform and received $25 million worth of BONK tokens to replenish the company's treasury. The transaction was completed by issuing convertible common stock share preference, and SHOT plans to continue to invest about 90% of the future revenue from this revenue right back into BONK tokens.
