Nasdaq-listed Mill City Ventures bought 5.60 million SUI at a discount from the SUI Foundation at an average price of $3.65 each, for a total transaction of more than $20 million.
Mill City currently holds nearly 81.90 million SUIs and plans to raise proceeds by pledging SUIs. The company has previously raised $450 million through private placement and received an additional purchase limit of up to $500 million. It will dynamically increase its SUI holdings, including purchases from foundations, secondary markets and other investors.
