SharpLink completed a $400 million private placement at $21.76 per share, led by five global institutional investors. As of Sunday, August 10, SharpLink held approximately 598,800 ETH. Combined with undeployed ATM proceeds (approximately $200 million), SharpLink's ETH holdings are expected to be worth more than $3 billion upon full deployment.
