Fushu Jinke applies for a Hong Kong VASP license and actively expands in the field of virtual assets

Fushu Jinke (FTFT.US) today announced that its wholly-owned Hong Kong subsidiary "Fushu International Securities and Futures Limited" has officially signed a trust agreement with a well-known compliance consultant in Hong Kong, entrusting it to apply for a virtual asset service license (VASP) from the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) on the basis of the company's original Hong Kong No. 1, No. 2 and No. 4 licenses. It also applies for a No. 9 asset management license, and plans to cover traditional and virtual asset management businesses. The consultant will conduct a detailed review and evaluation of the company's business model, risk management capabilities, etc., and assist the company in preparing relevant application materials and business plans to submit applications to the Hong Kong Securities Supervision Commission.
