According to Lookonchain monitoring, a giant whale address (0x3c9E) panic sold 38,582 ETH (worth $136.89 million) a week ago when the ETH price fell, with an average price of $3,548. As the ETH price rebounded to $4,010, the address bought back 1,800 ETH at $72,200, which was about 13% higher than the previous selling price.
