OpenAI CEO says it feels good not to go public

Sam Altman, OpenAI's chief executive, said in an interview with the media on Friday that if OpenAI had the will, it could turn a profit sooner than he initially expected. But for now, the private company has no pressure from the public market and will continue to invest in training and computing power. "It feels good not to go public," Altman said.
