Coinbase: DEX trading is now open to some US users

Coinbase announced that DEX trading has been made available to some US users (except New York State). To ensure transaction reliability, Coinbase will add support for new DEX assets in batches, and will gradually expand the service scope in the coming weeks to eventually support all Base ecosystem assets.
