Former Justice Minister of Montenegro Proposes Issuing Government Bonds to Raise 500 million Euros to Buy BTC and ETH

The former Minister of Justice of Montenegro, Andrej Milovic, proposed to issue government bonds to raise 500 million euros to buy bitcoin and Ethereum, and to establish a strategic national digital currency reserve. He believes that the size of the reserve will increase to 30-5 billion US dollars in the next five years, which can support the development of transportation, energy and digital sectors in Montenegro. In addition, Andrej Milovic also suggested that the digital currency should be included in the collateral of the country's loans to finance the construction of the national data center.
