According to official news, Animoca Brands and its affiliates announced a strategic investment in Cool Cats Group. The specific amount has not been disclosed yet. After the investment is completed, Animoca Brands and Coin Operated Group will own a majority stake in Cool Cats Group. It is reported that Animoca Brands will appoint two new board members to advance the development of NFT project Cool Cats: Yat Siu, co-founder and executive chairperson of Animoca Brands, and Kenneth Shek, owner of Mocaverse and Moca Network project.
