华兴资本创始人包凡重新现身，已不再参与公司管理

8月8日消息，据财新报道，华兴资本控股（01911.HK）创始人包凡在被有关部门调查约两年半后近期重新现身。华兴资本回应称，包凡目前不再参与集团日常管理与运营，其个人生活动态属于私人事务范畴。公司表示当前业务及运作一切正常，由执行委员会全面负责集团战略推进。对于包凡是否已完全恢复自由，其案件代理律师拒绝回应相关信息。
