August 8th news, today (8th), the Supreme People's Court issued the "Guiding Opinions on the Implementation of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Private Economy". The "Guiding Opinions" mentioned that monopolies and unfair competition behaviors should be regulated in accordance with the law. Strengthen the judicial strength of anti-monopoly and anti-unfair competition, and regulate acts that undermine fair competition and disrupt market order in accordance with the law. Trial cases of monopoly disputes in the field of science and technology in accordance with the law, accurately determine the boundaries between the normal exercise of intellectual property rights and the abuse of intellectual property rights to exclude and restrict competition, ensure that all kinds of enterprises have fair access to innovation resources, realize the rational allocation and efficient use of innovation resources, and actively promote the construction of a unified large market.
