Solana Labs and Jito Labs have received documents alleging "conspiracy" with the illegal $1.50 billion casino business of memecoin platform Pump Fun.
The lawsuit, filed last month by law firm Wolf Popper and Burwick Law and served on the defendants this week, has 21 days to file a response or motion.
In addition to the two crypto companies, Yelena Cavanaugh, general counsel of the Solana Foundation, Dan Albert, executive director, and Austin Federa, director of communications, have also received subpoenas.
