August 8 news, Bitcoin Satoshi Vision (BSV) holders against a number of major cryptocurrency exchanges Binance, Kraken and other $12 billion claims have been appealed to the UK Supreme Court. BSV holders claim that these exchanges conspired to take BSV off the shelves in 2019, causing its price to fall and missing out on price appreciation opportunities similar to Bitcoin (BTC).
Previously, the case had been brought to the Competition Appeal Tribunal in 2024, but was rejected. Subsequently, BSV holders appealed to the UK Court of Appeal, which was also unsuccessful. This time, BSV Claims Limited applied to the Supreme Court for leave to appeal on behalf of BSV holders.
