The SEC has also granted exemptions from securities regulation to liquidity staking agreements such as Lido and Jito, laying the foundation for compliance with DeFi staking services. On the macro front, Federal Reserve officials have hinted at a possible interest rate cut in September, and the dollar has weakened.
