Hong Kong-based licensed asset manager Jinzhou Asset Management has announced the launch of the Global Bond Tokenized Income Limited Partnership Fund, a US dollar-denominated tokenized limited partnership fund investing in diversified traditional financial assets. The fund will be issued on the Ethereum public chain, and the fund shares will be recorded on both the blockchain and a register recognized by Hong Kong law. It is reported that Jinzhou Asset Management currently holds a Type 9 (asset management) license issued by the Hong Kong Securities Supervision Commission.
