On August 5th, China Heavy Industry announced that the company's shares will be suspended continuously from August 13, 2025 and will no longer be traded. August 12, 2025 is the last trading day of the company's shares. China Shipbuilding plans to issue class A shares to all China Heavy Industry's share-exchange shareholders by way of share-exchange absorption and merger of China Heavy Industry. The company has issued an announcement on the implementation of cash option for dissenting shareholders on August 5. After the implementation of the cash option is completed and the company terminates its listing, the company's class A shares held by the company's shareholders will be converted into class A shares issued by China Shipbuilding according to the share-exchange ratio, and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange for circulation.
