8月5日讯，中国人民银行等七部门联合印发《关于金融支持新型工业化的指导意见》，《意见》要求，完善并购贷款政策，支持链主企业聚焦产业链上下游开展“补链”“延链”型投资，带动全产业链协同发展。支持矿企在符合国家产业政策的前提下，加快重要矿产增储上产，提高战略性资源供应保障能力。
