The dYdX Foundation is hiring a Senior Counsel who will be responsible for reviewing internal and external communications; working with leadership and cross-functional teams; creating and maintaining standard legal operating procedures, templates or documents; and providing ongoing end-to-end support to the Foundation's legal director. The position requires 5 + years of legal experience in corporate law, commercial law or financial marekt law, in-depth knowledge of cryptocurrencies and DeFi, excellent communication and writing skills, passion for DEX, DeFi and DAO, based in EMEA (EMEA).
