8月4日讯，据外媒报道，欧盟委员会的一份声明显示，欧盟将把原定于8月7日对美国实施的贸易反制措施暂停6个月。欧盟委员会发言人Olof Gill表示，因为此前已经达成了联合贸易声明，这些反制措施已无必要。
