Bullish files IPO application with SEC to raise $629 million

Digital asset exchange Bullish and its subsidiary CoinDesk have filed for an initial public offering (IPO) with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC). According to the filing, Bullish plans to issue 20.30 million shares at a price range of $28-31 per share, with a maximum fundraising amount of $629 million, corresponding to the company's valuation of about $4.20 billion.
Bullish's business scope includes spot trading of digital assets, leveraged trading and derivatives trading, as well as providing liquidity services to stablecoin issuers. According to financial data, the company's Quarter 1 digital asset sales reached $80.20 million in 2025, with a net loss of $349 million. Bullish previously acquired cryptocurrency media platform CoinDesk for $72.60 million in 2023.
