The US Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) has launched a "crypto sprint" to begin implementing cryptocurrency-related policy recommendations issued by the Trump administration on Wednesday. Acting CFTC Chair Caroline Pham said on Friday that the agency will work closely with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Chair Paul Atkins and Commissioner Hester Peirce to advance the "Project Crypto" announced on Thursday.
"The CFTC is moving quickly to fully realise President Trump's vision of making the US the crypto capital of the world," Mr. Pham said.
