Od据官方消息，Starknet 宣布 2024 年将通过五种方式削减费用，包括：
1、实现对 EIP-4844 的支持，以太坊升级后可为 Starknet 用户带来的成本降低。；
2、Volition -混合 L1 和 L2 数据可用性，Volition 是一项促进混合 DA 的功能，用户可以选择退出任何 L1 交易足迹并选择将数据存储在 Starknet L2 上，从而支付更低的费用；
3、Starknet v0.13.0，Starknet v0.13.0 于 2024 年 1 月上线，计算量大幅减少 50%
4、Dynamic Layouts 已经在主网上上线，提高了资源利用率并减少了交易费用；
5、Starknet 基金会的早期减费举措。
