日本投资公司Metaplanet已申请通过优先股筹集37亿美元，用于资助比特币购买，以实现到2027年达到210,000枚BTC的目标。拟议发行的股票占其当前市值的75%，需于9月1日获得股东批准。Metaplanet称，目前尚无发行优先股的具体计划，并且不确定是否会进行此类发行。
