On August 1st, Luzhou Laojiao announced that the dividend distribution plan for 2024 is 45.92 yuan in cash (tax included) for every 10 shares. The equity registration date is August 7, 2025, and the ex-rights and ex-dividends date is August 8, 2025. The total cash dividend is about 6.759 billion yuan (tax included). The company's total share capital is 1.472 billion shares, and no bonus shares will be sent, and no capital provident fund will be converted to equity. The dividend payout objects are all shareholders of the company registered in the Shenzhen Branch of China Securities Registration and Clearing Co., Ltd. after the Shenzhen Stock Exchange closes on the afternoon of August 7, 2025. Dividends will be distributed through China Clearing Shenzhen Branch or by the company itself.
