Coinbase Sues FDIC for Obstructing Regulatory Disclosure

According to Decrypt, Paul Grewal, the chief legal officer of US cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase, filed federal court documents on Tuesday accusing the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) of deliberately obstructing requests for disclosure of "OperationChokepoint2" related documents. Despite a court order requiring the release of these documents, the FDIC has not fully cooperated.
