香港金管局：若稳定币发行人不被信纳将收到“拒绝通知”

据21世纪经济报道披露，香港《稳定币条例》今日正式生效，金管局金融管理专员会在前六个月（2026年2月1日前）向可证明其能力的稳定币发行人授予“临时牌照”，若稳定币发行人不被信纳将收到金融管理专员发出的“拒绝通知”，该实体会在通知发出当日进入结业期，并在的一个月内有序地结束其香港业务。
