According to The Block, Gemini co-founder Tyler Winklevoss has questioned U.S. President Donald Trump's nomination of Brian Quintenz as chairperson of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
Winklevoss pointed out that Quintenz, as a16z's global head of policy and a member of Kalshi's board of directors, had a conflict of interest, and that he may have sought to obtain non-public information related to Kalshi's competitors within the CFTC.
