Nano Labs invests $5 million in BNB reserve company CEA INDUSTRIES

Nasdaq-listed Nano Labs announced that it has entered into a strategic equity investment agreement with BNB Reserve Company CEA INDUSTRIES to subscribe for 495,050 shares of CEA INDUSTRIES common stock at a price of $10.10 per share, up to $5 million. In addition, the investment also includes 495,050 warrants at a call-over price of $15.15 per share. If all call-over Nano Labs can hold up to 990,100 shares of CEA INDUSTRIES.
