On July 31st, Luca Netz, CEO of Pudgy Penguins, said that the Pudgy Penguins team and Abstract have officially participated in the US cryptocurrency legislation as government advisors and have traveled to Washington, DC several times to submit relevant proposals. At present, the team has submitted an application for the PENGU ETF, which will cover PENGU tokens and NFTs.
