The Criminal Investigation Brigade of Youxian Public Security Bureau in Hunan Province successfully destroyed a USDT fraud den in the early morning of July 24 and arrested three alleged offenders, Tang, Zhang and Xu. The gang has rented private houses to set up crime dens since April 2025. Through more than 30 mobile phones, more than 10 computers and overseas calling cards, they forged "women living alone in overseas currency circles" on social platforms such as "Tantan International Edition" and Telegram. After luring overseas men over the age of 26 to establish a relationship, they induced victims to click on links containing Trojan viruses in the name of "mine mechanism" and "airdrop reward" to steal USDT assets in Trust wallet. The police seized a batch of crime equipment at the scene, and the three suspects have been criminally detained.
