On July 29th, since the current round of heavy rainfall, as of 24:00 on the 28th, the average precipitation in Beijing has been 165.9 mm, and the maximum precipitation in Miyun Langfangyu and Zhujiayu has reached 543.4 mm; the maximum precipitation intensity appeared in Huairou Dongyu, with 95.3 mm of precipitation from 22:00 on the 26th to 23:00 on the 26th. Continuous extreme heavy rainfall caused major disasters. 30 people died in Beijing due to the disaster, including 28 in Miyun and 2 in Yanqing. 31 roads were damaged in the affected areas, involving 16 lines such as Xingyang Line and Xihuo Road that have not been repaired; 136 villages had power outages, 62 optical cables were damaged in communication facilities, and 1825 base stations were decommissioned.
