The Cboe BZX exchange filed two crypto ETF applications with the SEC on Monday - Canary's staked INJ fund and Invesco's Solana spot ETF with Galaxy - in the first step of the SEC's approval process.
The Canary fund tracks the Injective Native Asset INJ and introduces a pledge mechanism. At present, the SEC has become more relaxed in the review atmosphere under the leadership of the Trump administration, and is simultaneously evaluating a number of fund proposals including DOGE, SOL, XRP, etc. Previously, the SEC's Corporate Financing Department has hinted that some of the pledge activities do not constitute securities issuance, sending a positive signal to the pledge ETF.
