According to an official announcement, The Smarter Web Company, a British bitcoin treasury listed company, has disclosed the placement of 6,057,914 new ordinary shares, raising approximately 19,680,874 pounds (before fees). It is expected that a new subscription agreement will be signed after the completion of the current placement. The company previously disclosed that as of last week, its bitcoin holdings have reached 1,825.
