富石金融 (02263.HK) 公布，公司的间接全资附属公司佳富达证券有限公司已于 2025 年 7 月 25 日向香港证券及期货事务监察委员会提交申请，旨在根据证券及期货条例 ( 香港法例第 571 章 ) 第 1 类 ( 证券交易 ) 受规管活动牌照以中介人身份提供虚拟资产交易及╱或咨询服务。
