Thailand and Cambodia say the two armies continue to fight each other

On July 27th, the Cambodian Ministry of National Defense spokesperson, Mary Suk Jetta, said today (July 27) that the Thai army launched a number of artillery attacks on Cambodia at 2 am today, followed by a large-scale attack by tanks and ground troops of the Thai army at around 6:30 am. Thai state television reported today that the deputy spokesperson of the Thai army, Richa, said that since 4 am today, the Cambodian army opened fire on the Thai side. Richa said that the Thai army used long-range artillery to return fire. According to Thai state television today, this morning, the Thai Air Force sent F-16 and "Gripen" fighter jets to attack Cambodian army targets.
