A Gallup survey found that only 14% of U.S. adults own cryptocurrencies, 60% of respondents expressed no interest in buying them, and only 4% plan to do so in the near future.
The survey also revealed clear demographic differences: younger men and high-income earners are more likely to own cryptocurrencies, while women, older adults, and low-income households are less involved in the space. Despite the continued rise in cryptocurrency ownership, a majority of Americans still view it as a high-risk investment, with 64% of US investors viewing cryptocurrencies as "extremely risky".
