On July 26, the spokesperson of the State Secretariat of Civil Aviation of Cambodia, Wu Daxing, said on the 26th that the agency has banned all flights from flying over the conflict area between Cambodia and Thailand from the same day. Wu Daxing told the media that all airlines with business in Cambodia have been notified to avoid flying over the conflict area and parts of Poipet City, Pailin Province and Siem Reap Province. These measures are taken to ensure flight operations and the safety of aircraft and passengers. Wu Daxing said that as of 10:00 local time on the 26th, international flights from Phnom Penh, Cambodia to Bangkok, Thailand and from Siem Reap, Cambodia to Bangkok, Thailand were operating as usual, but the route has been changed to avoid the above areas.
