According to crypto journalist Eleanor Terrett, who broke the news of the trial of Tornado Cash co-creator and developer Roman Storm, Assistant Attorney Rehn revealed that the Department of Justice (DOJ) is apparently still considering charges against an unspecified number of cryptocurrency venture capital firm DragonFly, not just DragonFly general partner Tom Schmidt.
