Vietnam has announced the launch of a national blockchain platform, NDAChain, which will serve as the core infrastructure of its digital ecosystem.
NDAChain was developed by the Vietnam National Data Association (NDA) and operated by the Ministry of Public Security's Data Innovation and Development Center. The platform uses proof-of-authority (PoA) consensus protocol and zero-knowledge proof technology to enhance security. It has 49 public-private joint verification nodes, including state agencies and companies such as SunGroup, Zalo, Masan, and others. Participate in cyber security maintenance.
The blockchain network will provide a decentralized trust layer for fields such as e-government, finance, healthcare, logistics and education. At the same time, NDAChain will support NDA DID decentralized identity solutions for counterparty authentication and digital contract signing. The government said the NDAKey application will enable second-level authentication, designed to prevent fraud and digital identity theft.
