Arkham: US government has not sold 170,000 BTC and holds at least 198,000

Arkham tweeted that the U.S. government has not sold 170,000 BTC (about $20 billion). The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) says it holds 28,988 BTC (about $3.40 billion), but other departments such as the FBI, DOJ, DEA and the Attorney's Office collectively hold at least 198,000 BTC (about $23.50 billion), which has not moved in the past 4 months.
