Riot Platforms announces financial results for Quarter 1, 2024. Total revenue was $79.30 million, compared to $73.20 million for the same three months in 2023. 1,364 BTC were produced in the quarter, a 36% decrease from the 2,115 BTC mined in the three months ending March 31, 2023, primarily due to the significant increase in difficulty of the Bitcoin network, which has more than doubled since January 2023.
