On July 23rd, Wang Changlin, deputy director of the National Development and Reform Commission, said at a press conference of the State Council Information Office on July 23rd that the policy system of Hainan Free Trade Port has been initially established, and the entry and exit of four types of factors, namely, people flow, logistics, capital flow and data flow, are more convenient. A total of 85 countries can enter Hainan visa-free.
