On July 23rd, Feng Fei, Secretary of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee, said at the press conference of the State Council Information Office on July 23rd that the customs closure policy is ready. The catalogue of import taxable goods, the list of restrictions, the duty-free policy and supporting documents for processing value-added domestic sales have all been formulated. In terms of software and hardware conditions, it has been fully completed. The customs closure hardware facilities have passed the national acceptance, and information systems such as the "single window" for international trade and the customs smart supervision platform have also been built. In terms of stress test drills, the pressure is advancing. Intensify the "whole process, all elements, full coverage, large samples, and practical" stress test, and the ability to "manage it" has been significantly enhanced.
