Bitfarms launches share buyback program, allowing up to 10% of outstanding shares to be repurchased

Global energy and computing infrastructure company Bitfarms Ltd. (NASDAQ/TSX: BITF) announced that its board of directors has approved the immediate commencement of the company's share repurchase program. Under the program, Bitfarms is authorized to repurchase up to 49,943,031 common shares, or 10% of the company's outstanding shares, between July 28, 2025 and July 27, 2026.
