Trump announces trade deal with Japan: Tariffs of 15% + $550 billion in US investment

On July 23rd, US President Trump tweeted that we have just reached a large-scale agreement with Japan, which may be the largest ever. Following my instructions, Japan will invest $550 billion in the United States, and the United States will receive 90% of the profits. This agreement will create thousands of jobs - unprecedented. Perhaps most importantly, Japan will open up its country's trade, including cars and trucks, rice and certain other agricultural products, among other things.
