10T Holdings and 1RoundTable merge to form new entity 50T and launch new $500 million fund

Crypto venture capital firm 10T Holdings announced a merger with 1RoundTable Partners (1RT) and renamed 50T, an entity that will focus on digital assets and emphasize a structured downside protection investment strategy. At the same time, 50T also launched a new $500 million fund, 50T Fund, which is expected to close its first private fundraising in the fourth quarter of this year.
