Morocco's central bank completes draft crypto-assets bill

Speaking at an African Central Bank conference in Rabat, the governor of Morocco's central bank said Morocco had finalized a draft law that would legalize the use of cryptoassets. The law ensures "adequate protection for consumers and investors, strengthens market integrity, combats fraud, manipulation, money laundering and terrorist financing and maintains financial stability", according to Zhitong Finance.
