据NLNico披露，瑞典公司H100 Group AB董事会于2025年7月21日宣布完成一项定向股票发行，向合格投资者发行最多1,523,089股新股，每股认购价格为9.30瑞典克朗，共筹集约1410万瑞典克朗（约合130万美元）资金。公司表示，所得资金净额将用于推进其比特币财库战略框架内的投资机会。
